Christopher has provided commercial real estate investment and development advisory services since 1996, on both an institutional and entrepreneurial scale. He leads the firm’s real estate advisory services and is dedicated to providing independent, customized guidance on commercial real estate investment, management, and finance strategies to clients including real estate operating companies, corporate and non-profit users, and private investors.
Christopher has spent his career formulating and implementing investment management strategies across the commercial real estate spectrum on behalf of institutional and private clients. His real estate advisory experience includes sourcing and handling over $1.0 billion of transactions, including direct acquisitions, joint ventures, and structured finance investment opportunities, along with fiduciary responsibility for the management of a diversified property portfolio located throughout the United States with a market value in excess of $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Christopher held leadership roles for several real estate investment management firms.
