For those working with UHNW business owners and entrepreneurs facing complex planning decisions, please join us for an interactive discussion and presentation with Ashley Velategui, a Director in Bernstein’s Wealth Strategies Group.  The presentation will explore a real life case study based on work recently completed by Ashley and her team for a newly formed family office.  The objective of the business owner was to understand her options ahead of a large transaction involving the majority sale of her business.  The desire of the family office executive team was to evaluate and project outcomes involving numerous multigenerational wealth transfer strategies, philanthropic initiatives, and the various tax implications of each.
